Accommodation consists of: 2 Double Bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, separate air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully fitted bathrooms and private balconies. A safe is provided in both bedrooms, as is a hairdryer.

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a 4-ring hob opens on to an extended breakfast balcony. The air-conditioned lounge/diner has a settee that converts to a double bed; the two chairs also convert to small beds. A dining room table with 4 chairs as well as a TV with DVD player together with a Radio/CD player are provided.

The Villa's third bathroom is conveniently placed downstairs. The large veranda, normally hung with a colourful display of Bougainvillea has a purpose built BBQ with table and 6 chairs. A washing machine, full size fold down bed, cot, stair gate iron and board are further inclusions.

An electric immersion heater backs up the Solar powered hot water system. 4 sun-loungers and sun umbrella are also provided. Security grills to all outside doors and windows are fitted. There is a good size communal pool with separate toddlers pool set in attractive gardens.
